As our overseas trip was postponed we decided to still take out leave and enjoy a staycation at home. Here are a few projects I have finished but have not posted here. This cowl is called the Joyful Cowl and was a quick and easy knit using stash yarn. The link to the pattern for the Joyful Cowl is here. This pattern was designed by Heather Anderson.
The light n' lacey cardigan was crocheted in 8ply yarn. The pattern came from a magazine called Knitted Creations and was a design by Sirdar.

This recipe has been popping up on facebook so I thought I would give it a go. These yeast free dinner rolls are quick and easy to make and are delicious so here is the recipe for you.
Mumma Easy No Yeast Dinner Rolls
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients, spoon into a greased muffin pan, makes approx. 5 rolls. Cook in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes or till done and golden brown.
